PERSONAL CODE (PC)

BIRTH YEAR CIPHER
PERSONAL CODE is the central cipher from 1 to 9 of every year's diagram (pic. 1, the cipher in the yellow field). The trouble spot of the Sumer-cipherology is the shift of the year in comparison to our astronomical year, which lasts from February 5 to February 4 of the next year. REMEMBER that in the Sumer-cipherology JANUARY occupies the place of our astronomical DECEMBER.

People born as in the above example ought to move back with their birth year date to the Sumer-cipherlogical year of 1981. This shall let us read the correct Personal Code (PC) determined for people who were, or will be born between Jan 1st and Feb 4th of any year.
Example: a person born on 1.Jan 1st 1974 should be the PC of the year 1973, which is PC - NINE as well as a person born on Feb 4th 1974 is the PC - 9. However, a person born on Feb 5th 1974 will be a PC - 8.
The present volume is supplemented with a few ANNEXES containing all the TABLES and materials facilitating the reading of this book.

Information to consider for interpretation of a particular person's nature.

CHINESE ZODIAC SIGN, PLANETS and ELEMENTS: TABLE - B.
ELEMENTS like PCs last from Feb 5th to Feb 4th of the following year.
PLANETS rule over the period from March 21st to the March 20th in the following year. This information is crucial and can not be belittled.
Examples:
A person born on April 30th 1978: PC - 4, Zodiac Sign - Horse, planet - Moon, and element - Earth+.
A person born on February 4th 2001: PC - 9, because the birth year to be shifted back to the year 2000. Zodiac - Dragon and not Snake, as the Dragon's rule ends on March 20th 2001, planet - Saturn not Jupiter because Saturn's period of control ends on March 20th 2001, element metal+, as the person's Sumer-cipherological birth year is 2000.
A person born on February 3rd 2000: PC - 1, Zodiac Sign - Cat, because the year of the Cat lasts until February 4th 2000, planet - Moon, element - Earth–.
The foregoing examples shall help you realize how to construe the four basic data pertaining to a given person based on his/her D.O.B.. The examples shall serve the basis of the further analysis and interpretation.
A crucial aspect of the Sumer-cipherology to be bore in mind, too, is that there are neither good nor bad PCs. Each one has its own, unique, positive predispositions, as well as its own imperfections. Moreover, all personal traits and features depend on a particular PC person’s sex: a man or a woman - see TABLE - E. Try not to use the term "FLAW" " in reference to any human nature. I personally believe that flaws occur in a man-made product only, so when we would rather use a word like "IMPERFECTION" while referring to human nature’s traits.
